Get to know me
I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University - Los Angeles and a coaching certification from The Coactive Training Institute.
Originally from New Mexico, I'm also a cook and baker, a yogi, and an advocate for people who need extra help. I launched my coaching practice in 2014 after serving therapy clients for seven years. As a therapist, I worked with adults, foster families, and children.
I clearly remember the day I realized I needed something different from my professional life. I had been consulting with my therapy supervisor and received the feedback that I was doing too much coaching and not enough therapy. This initially landed as a ton of bricks; I had spent seven years seeing clients in the clinical space, had invested a lot of money on training, had completed countless direct client hours, and now had a reputation to uphold.
As a young therapist, I wanted to help everyone. I thought pure awareness would change my clients' lives, regardless of socio-economic situations or other real obstacles they had to overcome in order to see change. After working with foster children and their families, people living in their cars, and people who were coming back to reality after years of drug addiction, it occurred to me that awareness alone wasn't enough for people to make lasting changes.
After working with my own coaches, the idea struck me that my psychology background could help people in the world of coaching. I went back to school, learning that coaching answers the delicate questions of what and how, where therapy answers why. When I changed my practice, I felt at home. My listening, presence, and empathy drove my clients to make important changes in all areas from career transitions to discernment in dating and relationships.
I have been coaching for over a decade and I'm happier than ever.

We move through life collecting noise: expectations, old adaptations, stories mistaken for truth. My work in somatic coaching begins in a quieter place. Through Somatic Simplicity, I help people return to the body's intelligence and intuition: to notice patterns, soften what no longer serves, and rediscover steadiness from the inside out. Transformation, I’ve found, rarely arrives as a force. More often, it begins as recognition. Join me on this coaching journey.
Leadership often requires holding complexity without losing clarity. I work with executives and entrepreneurs navigating high expectations, organizational pressure, and the unseen demands of influence. Whether strengthening executive presence, navigating stakeholder dynamics, approaching negotiations with greater confidence, or discerning signal from noise, my work offers both strategic insight and grounded reflection. Through somatic coaching and 360 assessments for individuals and teams, we uncover blind spots, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen the leadership capacities that foster trust, alignment, and meaningful impact.
There is a particular weight that comes with being highly capable. I work with high achievers, college and graduate students, ambitious professionals, and deeply driven people navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, and the quiet pressure of high expectations. Often, the very qualities that fuel success can also create exhaustion. Throughout our work together, we slow the pace of relentless striving, helping you build a steadier relationship with yourself, one where growth, ambition, and well-being no longer have to compete.
This is an on-site solution to give your life a makeover, helping you transform. I'm in your world observing and offering holistic coaching and feedback on professional advancement, communication improvement, and general ways of being in the world. We assemble a custom team for your own private life bootcamp with immediate results.
